We secured an offer for our property around a week after listing it with Lock & Key. We’d had a terrible time with another estate agent and so, after seeing Nigel’s passionate videos that he creates for each property he markets, we invited him to assess our property. Nigel is as enthusiastic in person as he is on his videos. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly. After he he’d had a wander around our home, he explained how the house and location fit into the local property market and suggested a realistic value which was fortunately quite close to our expectations. The contract was very straight forward, and Nigel clearly highlighted and explained anything important to us as well as setting our mind at ease about some of our concerns. The video he subsequently created really did not disappoint and showed off our home perfectly, highlighting the high standard of finish and many of the positive aspects of our house. All this with Nigel’s effusive commentary. Within the first week, Nigel and team had arranged three viewings which was fabulous (especially considering we’d not had a sniff of a viewing with the previous agent). Alicia, who is lovely, obviously did an incredible job of showing the property as the couple from the third appointment made an offer that we were happy with.
