[Job Vacancy] Trainee / Sales Negotiator

We’re looking to recruit a Trainee / Sales Negotiator for our established & worker friendly team here at Lock & Key in Melksham. Property sector experience is preferred, however not essential.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public, be based in Melksham and know the town well. They will be able communicate effectively (verbally especially) and be proactive in their approach. They will be a solution driven person and looking to build a career within the property sector. We have a definite career progression path in place for the right candidate.

Daily duties will consist of promoting the business and properties on various social media platforms, supporting the sales team (speaking with clients, attending viewings, valuations, generating leads etc) whilst always looking to offer the highest levels of customer service to our clients.

Ongoing leading industry training is provided with a starting salary to be discussed at the interview stage.  Following successful completion of the probationary period the candidate will earn a potential bonus / commission package as well. Full details of how this can be achieved will also be discussed at the interview stage, together with any other benefits available.
